One-on-One Physical Therapy & Performance to Get You Back To Your Goals

Housed within RTS barbell, we offer true sports rehabilitation and performance. You will be in a gym, among athletes with the same goals as you. We have both the space and equipment to not only return to sport, but become an overall better athlete.

Services Offered

  • Personalized care starts with being able to offer undivided attention to each athlete.

  • You want to feel like an athlete while recovering from an injury. I will work to design a program specific for your sport. We will not be spending sessions doing low level exercises on treatment tables but working to get you back to doing what you love. Each sport has unique demands, and your program should reflect that.

  • Knowing you are ready to return to sport is based on more than just a timeline. We will test metrics related to your specific sport and grade you through participation, practice, and performance as you return to sport.

  • Low back pain is a common phenomenon. We’ll assess what you are experiencing, rule out any issues that may need further work up, then develop a plan to keep you active and feeling better.

  • Not in Cincinnati, not a problem. We can set up a virtual consultation to assess your issue and develop a plan to get you back to doing what you love.

  • If you are looking to set PR’s on the platform, or just starting your fitness journey, we can design a program that is right for you. We can help you maximize your potential as an athlete or teach you the basic fundamental movements so you are comfortable working out in a gym.

  • ACL rehab is a journey. One no one should have to do alone. Come train in a spacious gym where you are able to stay active and move during your rehab. We’ll get you strong, keep you athletic, and help you meet the metrics you need for return to sport.

  • Certain issues like ACL reconstruction and muscle strains benefit from strength testing as metrics for full clearance. We can provide that data and help develop strategies to close any limb symmetry deficits that exist.
